Ingredients
- 40 ml Terane Meadow Gin
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml elderflower liqueur or simple syrup
- Dry sparkling wine, to top
Method
- Add the gin, lemon juice, and elderflower liqueur or syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled flute or coupe.
- Top gently with dry sparkling wine.
- Express a lemon twist over the glass and garnish lightly.
