Every bottle of Terane Gin is distilled, bottled and packed in Tauranga, New Zealand.
We ship all online orders using tracked courier delivery within New Zealand.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery region.

Rural addresses are detected automatically at checkout. If your address includes a Rural Delivery (RD) number, the surcharge will be applied.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Orders placed before 9:00am (NZST) on a dispatch day will usually ship the same day.
Orders placed after this time will ship on the next dispatch day.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Free Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all New Zealand orders over $150 NZD.
This is automatically applied at checkout once your order reaches the threshold after discounts are applied.
Packaging & Breakage
Your order is carefully packed to protect glass bottles during transit.
Breakages are rare, but if your order arrives damaged please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage
We’ll organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please read our Refund Policy for more info.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your bottle’s journey.
