    New batch of Meadow is on the site. This one sits slightly different from the last – the hibiscus came from a different grower and the colour pulled a deeper pink during maceration. The leaves from the south-facing side of the ridge are noticeably more peppery this time of year – less rain in February means the oils concentrate differently.
