Ingredients
  • 50 ml Terane Bush Gin
  • Dry tonic or soda water, chilled
Method
  1. Fill a highball glass generously with ice.
  2. Add the gin.
  3. Top with chilled dry mixer in a 1:3 ratio.
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Express a strip of grapefruit peel over the glass, garnish, and serve immediately.
