Bush captures the thrum of native forest. Fresh rimu leaf gives resinous depth, mānuka leaf adds floral sweetness, kawakawa warms the back palate, while tarata and red mātipo land a clean, bright finish. Macerated then vapour-infused for clarity and lift; unfiltered for natural weight.

    First sip was interesting.. not what i expected. but by the second drink I was sold. There’s a warm, almost earthy flavour that’s hard to describe but really pleasant. Nice change from overly citrus-heavy gins.

    We tried the Bush gin for the first time this summer and were blown away. It tastes like the smell of the forest! This gin isn’t like anything else I’ve tried and we’ll definitely be back to buy more.

    I usually go for classic dry gins, so this was a bit of a gamble. Glad I tried it. It’s earthy and slightly spicy without being overpowering. Works really well with a simple tonic and citrus. You can tell there’s thought behind it.
