Pōhutukawa Aged Boulevardier

A familiar classic, reshaped by wood, time, and the New Zealand coast.
Pōhutukawa Aged Bush Gin replaces whiskey in this Boulevardier, bringing a softer structure and a distinctly dry, resinous edge.

Oak-aged botanicals sit alongside bitter orange and sweet vermouth – not competing, but folding into one another. The pōhutukawa adds warmth and subtle tannin, giving the drink weight without heaviness. It’s bitter, rounded, and gently aromatic, finishing long and dry.

Best enjoyed slowly, as the light fades. A cocktail that rewards patience.
