Pōhutukawa Bush Gin + Soda
Quietly complex and deliberately restrained. Pōhutukawa Aged Bush Gin with soda is a study in balance, where timber, native botanicals, and gentle carbonation work together rather than compete. Dilution opens the spirit, softening the edges and letting its warmth unfold slowly.
Recipe
Subtle Pōhutukawa (floral oak) and native botanicals on the nose, followed by gentle sweetness and rounded spice. The palate is dry and composed, with light vanilla notes and a clean, lingering finish.
