Each bottle is securely packed using protective, bottle-safe materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Can my order be left unattended? Alcohol cannot be left unattended or with anyone under 18 . If you would like authority to leave, please note this in the Delivery Instructions at checkout.
We currently ship within New Zealand only. We do not deliver to the Chatham Islands. Please contact us first for international orders
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately after ordering. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, changes are no longer possible.
You must be of legal age (18 years or older in New Zealand) to buy alcoholic from us. If you do not meet these requirements, it is illegal for you to place an order with us.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us straight away and we’ll put it right.
Returns are accepted on unopened items only, in original condition and packaging. As spirits are consumable products, we cannot offer returns based on taste or preference.
